Ryan was extremely easy to work with. No pressure at all. He fixed my vehicle after taking it to numerous mechanics and two dealers, he was the one to realize there was two issues and not just the transmission. His pricing is fair and his lid back scheduling made him fit into my schedule. I will definitely be back.

The manager was a life saver for me and one of the most honest people I've ever met. I had problems with studdering on my car and first brought it to the Honda Dealer and they said it was my rotors after the diagnostic. I obviously believed the Honda dealer and paid $900 for the rotors then $250 for the Diagnostic. Not fixed! I then took it to a mechanic and he said I needed a brand new transmission which was $4000! Meanwhile my car is only worth about $10k. I decided Id take it to get another look. I then went to 3 different transmission shops to get other opinions and they told me they dont even want to take the risk of my car (I have a Honda Civic and the engine is a CVT). I then finally go to Universal Transmissions and the manager just says Hey lets take your car for a test drive and finds out that all I need is a tune up! Only $450 worth of work. What a life saver and I highly recommend their company.

Best transmission shop in Naples. Ryan is an expert in what he does. Took my 2007 F150, had a broken reverse band. Took care of it & had my truck back in record time. Price was fair too. Make this place your first & only stop if you're having any transmission problems!

This is the second time I’ve had to use Universal Transmission. They do a great job every time they’re super fair and pretty much on spot of exactly what they tell you and I’ve gotten my car back and believe it or not. It actually seems to ride better and perform better than the brand spanking new Rental I had of the same model. I really don’t trust anybody else to do my Transmission work other than this place if you want it done done right and done fairly then this is the place to go otherwise you’re playing Russian roulette with your vehicle and businesses knowing what they’re doing cause this place has been around for a long time and knows what they’re doing and the last card that they did a Transmission and I had absolutely no problem with the transmission for two years after they had done it until I got rid of the car

I took my truck here to have my transmission rebuilt. One year and about 17,000 miles later, 5,000 miles over the warranty, it still running like new 👍 God bless you guys. Thank you very much
